Delivery or self-pickup options
We offer the following delivery and pickup services:
- Registered mail service by Hongkong Post.
- Self-pickup from SF Express intelligent lockers.
- Self-pickup from SF Express stations and service centers.
Delivery service
For purchases of HK$1000 or above, you are entitled to a one-time freelocal delivery service.
Delivery service is limited to designated areas within the Hong KongSpecial Administrative Region. For inquiries about delivery to other specialareas, please contact us.
Delivery service is not available for non-fixed addresses, restrictedborder areas, outlying islands, storage facilities, and locations that cannotbe accessed via stairs and require entry through a balcony.
Delivery service is available from 9:00 am to 5:00pm, excluding Saturdays,Sundays and public holidays.
After confirming your order on the Gold Mark Online Shopping Platform,if your order is accepted, our staff will contact you within the next 2 workingdays to confirm the delivery time and date. Under normal circumstances, orderswithin Hong Kong will be delivered to the registered address within approximately3 working days after the goods are ordered. However, if there is a delay in theprocessing of payment due to the Online ShoppingPlatform, credit card bank's approval, thedelivery date will be adjusted accordingly.
Delivery times are subject to delays, suspensions, or rescheduling dueto factors beyond our control, such as traffic, location, weather, and otherunforeseen circumstances. Gold Mark will not be held responsible for any suchdelays or rescheduling, regardless of whether the cause is within our control.
To change the delivery address or date/ time, or modify the originalsales order, please contact Gold Mark Customer Service at least 24 hours beforethe scheduled delivery time, from 9:00 am to 5:00pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and publicholidays).
If the delivery personnel are unable to complete the delivery andobtain a signature due to security issues or other reasons related to theregistered delivery address, Gold Mark reservesthe right to require the customer to pick up the goods directly from Gold Mark office, without making further deliveryarrangements.
Self-pickup at the office
According to the selected self-pickupmethod on the Gold Mark onlineshopping platform, please proceed to the office to collect your purchaseditems. If you have not collected the products within 3 days from the date ofcollection, Gold Mark willattempt to contact and remind you to collect them as soon as possible withinthe specified timeframe. If you have not collected the products within 13 daysfrom the chosen pickup date, Gold Mark will consider it as abandonment and cancel the order. Theproducts will be retrieved, and a refund will be issued to the credit cardaccount registered on the Gold Mark e-Shop at the time of purchase. For any inquiries,please contact our staff.
When collecting the products, youneed to present a printed copy of the order notification email or a pickupnotification on your mobile device with a barcode for verification. Pleaseprovide the contact phone number registered during the purchase and present avalid identification document for identity verification. If you fail to provideany of the mentioned information, Gold Mark reserves the right to refuse product collection.
If you are unable to collect theproducts in person, please authorize someone to collect on your behalf by providingthem with an authorization letter and the order notification email.
In the event that the office isclosed during the product collection due to weather or other uncontrollablecircumstances, customers can visit the office the next working day to collect the products.
In the event of any disputes, Gold Markreserves the final decision-making authority.
