If the requested replacement item has been sold out, the value amount willbe refunded according to our refund policy procedure.

The receipt of purchase is needed for any replacement.

We reserved the rights to refuse any replacement with appearance ormissing of any spare parts issues. If free gift is damaged, re-issue of theitem will be arranged as soon as possible.

7-day exchange guarantee

When ordered goods received, it is your responsibility to check whetherthere is any damaged in appearance and whether the list of accessories arecompleted.

Replacement is guaranteed, for the product quality is found to be notmeeting the production standards, within 7 days after receiving the goods. Youshould contact our Customer Service Department to register and arrange thereplacement process.
