EV Charging station door-to-door installation service
Gold Mark provides professional charging pile installation services to customers, and the team will install the equipment on site by appointment. Customers can make payment and reservation through https://ev.goldmarktechgroup.com/, fill in the installation address in the delivery address column, and indicate the desired door-to-door time in the remarks column. After successful payment, we will call you to confirm the specific installation time within two working days (during office hours).
Change of appointment: Please call the customer service of Gold Industry at least two working days in advance if you need to adjust the time. If the event is postponed due to weather or traffic problems, we will proactively contact you to arrange a new date.
Installation time: about 1-2 hours (depending on the type of charging station and site conditions)
Installation requirements:
The parking space power capacity and property permission must be confirmed in advance
Note:
The owner or the user of the parking space must be present
This service covers common problems after the charging station is installed, such as:
- The connection between the meter and the charging station is abnormal
- Charging gun plug failure
- Mobile APP remote control settings problem
If you encounter any problems, you can call the bullion company to arrange support. The staff will record the problem and confirm the time of on-site visit within two working days.

One-time on-site installation service
The installation staff will confirm the time and address 48 hours before the appointment date and bring the charging station equipment to your door. During installation:
Check the safety of parking space power lines;
Complete the connection and fixation of the charging pile and the electric meter;
Guide customers on how to use charging stations and remote control functions.

Note:
The charging station model must comply with Hong Kong's electricity safety standards, and written permission from the property must be provided before installation.
If the parking space is more than 30 meters away from the electricity meter, additional wiring charges may be incurred.
After the installation is complete, you can apply for an independent electricity meter.
